Description of change A technical description (textual, diagrammatic, etc.) that provides full explanation on the content of the proposed change, the motivation for the proposal, the type of change (temporary or permanent), and suggested priority. 

Each sheet has a set of questions— generally about 5—15 per sheet. For Management of Change Temporary Changes there are just five questions. The general philosophy is that a yes answer to a question is desirable. For example, question 13.3.1 asks, Is there a clear definition of what constitutes a temporary change Clearly an answer of yes is desirable. 

The individual scores are added together to give a normalized (percentage) total. Figure 13.6 shows that the overall score for Management of Change Temporary Changes is 60%.

These are fundamentally different types of models. Many enterprises contain thousands of these models, discriminated by different modeling methods and local control. Moreover, many of them change frequently based on the perception of others models, themselves changing. Temporary "integration" at the workstation level could conceivably solve one user s problem, but in the general case, the models must be fused in a repository. There have been a number of solutions of the nonrepository, "brute force", type tried to bring order to this problem, but none have proved satisfactory. These are not surveyed here.

In actual operation, disturbances on a power system, causing sudden changes in the system parameters, are quite frequent and may generate temporary overvoltages and voltage surges, as summarized above. The system disturbances may be of two types, external or internal, as explained below.

A dilution ventilation rate of at least 6 air changes per hour (ach) is recommended, with 12 or more ach recommended for new construction or renovation.
