In the presence of aspirin, AA, EPA, and DHA are converted to form epi-lipoxins, lipoxins, and resolvins that, in turn, enhance the formation of eNO (3, 4, 96). Chloroquine inhibits myelopoiesis in vitro at therapeutic concentrations and higher.
