Analytical exchange files

The formatting of a database involves the creation of several types of files that are manipulated with specialized software. A source file containing raw analytical data is converted to a library file by reducing noise, eliminating unimportant data and compression. Associated exchange files enable data to be transferred in a standard format such as JCAMP/DX for spectrometric data and JCAMP/CS for chemical structures. [Pg.334]

It should incorporate C, and instead of deuterium ( H) as tlie first choice to minimize tlie isotope effect and possibility of exchange. Multiple deuterium atoms can result in a significant isotope effect, to tlie point tliat file fully labeled fonn can be chromatographically resolved completely from file native. This means that the fully labeled form is not in file LC-MS or LC-MS/MS ion source at the same time as the analyte, and fiierefore fiiis standard cannot control ion source events, limiting its ability to mimic file analyte behavior. [Pg.126]

The benefit of the analytical treatment presented thus far for the calculation of the characteristic functions of the single-file system is only limited by the increasing complexity of the joint probabilities and the related master equations. This treatment, however, has suggested a most informative access to the treatment of systems subjected to particle exchange with the surroundings and to internal transport and reaction mechanisms [74,75]. Summing over all values (Ji = 0 and 1 and, subsequently, over all sites i, Eq. 31 may be transferred to the relation Eq. 34... [Pg.350]
