Analysis of clones encoding antibodies by ARM display

Screening of clones by ARM display using an Internal standard In RT-PCR 

Carry out ARM display on individual clones and isolate complexes on beads (Protocols 2-4). 

For each individual RT-PCR, dispense 10-20 jj-1 of the RT-PCR mixture into each reaction tube. Add 2 jj.1 of the beads and mix well. Thermally cycle the sample using the program in Protocol 1 A, step 4. 

Analyse the sample by agarose gel electrophoresis using 5-10 jJ of the sample, as in Protocol lA, step 5.
