Abscisic add

The immunoaffinity chromatography of auxins is carried out in the same way. Effective immunosorbents have been described for antibodies prepared to each of the three types of lAA-hapten-protein conjugates [135-137]. For abscisic add, immunoaffinity chromatography has not only been used to isolate the hormone from plant extracts [138], but also has found use in the enantiomeric separation of commercially available racemic [ H]-abscisic acid [139-140].

In barley androgenic cultures, BAP, lAA, NAA and PAA are added to the induction media alone or in combination at various concentrations. The improved protocol contains 1 mg/1 of BAP with 10 mg/1 of PAA On the other hand, in anther culture of wheat, triticale and rye 2, 4-D and kinetin are used in the induction media and NAA with kinetin to stimulate regeneration. Abscisic add (ABA) was ap>phed to improve regeneration of induced embryos.
