1536-Well technology platform

The RTS system includes two different technology platforms for cell-free protein expression as well as a number of tools for finding optimal conditions (Scheme 1.1). All expression systems use the T7-polymerase for transcription and an E. coli lyzate with reduced nuclease and protease activity for translation. The conditions are optimized for a coupled transcription/translation reaction so that the DNA can be directly used as the template. [Pg.30]

Thus, an R D program can be readily accelerated by tapping into your technology platform and internal network to select focused team members. Commonly, there is little or no physical movement although a program manager will have authority and accountability for the entire team. With this foundation, a well-designed team can achieve a rapid start and accelerate development. [Pg.66]

Finally, they outline the role played by governments and government bodies such as the European Technology Platform on Sustainable Chemistry as well as other stakeholders. [Pg.401]

TSVs are an important component of all four wafer-level 3D technology platforms discussed above. In the via-lirst approaches, the I/O connections from the bond layer to the top of the stack are accomplished by TSVs, and in the via-last approach, these interconnects as well as the interwafer interconnects are defined by TSVs. In general, to accomplish high-performance high-density interconnection, TSVs should be as short and small as possible. [Pg.449]

The large number and the broad variety of successftd industrial apphcations of SCCO2 summarized in this section illustrate well the technology platform available... [Pg.641]
