Vitro Approaches for the Study of P-glucan Synthesis

Protocols used for in vitro approaches have been described using several plant models such as, for instance, the cotton fiber (Okuda et al. 1993 Kudlicka et al. 1995 Kudlicka et al. 1996), Lolium multiflorum (Bulone et al. 1995), A. thaliana (Lai Kee Him et al. 2001), blackberry (Lai Kee Him et al. 2002) and recently the hybrid aspen (Colombani et al. 2004).
