T unsubstituted triorganotin CARBOXYLATES DERIVED FROM METAL SUBSTITUTED ACIDS 

Triorganotin carboxylates carrying metallic substituents in the carboxylic acid moiety are listed in this subchapter. The metallic substituents reported here comprise mercury, silicon and iron. For triorganotin substituted acids the reader should check Subchapter 2.6.3.  

By rxn. of PhsSnH with CsH5FeC5H4C02H in heptane under reflux in N atm., in 28% yield (I3IO, 137 ). 

By rxn. of PhaSnCl with CsH5FeC5H4C02Na in EtOH, in 50% yield (I3IO, 137i ).
