Schobert et al. [67] describe, in Rothemeyer and Sonuner [7], the example of Continental s Eco Tire, a particularly impressive example of the opportunities and risks involved in a new tire formula. 

To reduce the rolling resistance of automobile tires and improve their wet nonskid properties at the same time, the carbon black in the tire formula is replaced by active silicic acid with added organosilane. 

Reinforcing Resins. Reinforcement and stiffness of a compound can also be achieved with the use of reactive resins. Resins consisting of two-component systems of resorcinol or resorcinol condensation products and a methylene donor such as hexamethoxymethylmel amine (HMMM) or hexamethyltetramine (HMT) are the most popular in tires. These materials can be prereacted and added to the formula, or for more effective results they can react in situ ie, they can be added separately into the formula and react when the tire is vulcanized. 

The individuality of received complexes was proved by X-ray phase analysis (DRON-3.0). Preparative investigation of complexes was made. Infrared spectrums of complexes were made (Uh-20, KBr). It was proved that in the III complex hydroxylamine is coordinated with Fe (II) by oxygen in the form of n-oxyde-o-NH -and in IV - by nitrogen in the form of NH OH. The composition of IV hasn t been proved in dry ruminant because of surplus age of reagent. Tire composition of III responds to formula of [Fe(NH,OH) Cl,]. 

Binder formulas for carpet backing, aluminum foil to paper, vinyl flooring, tire cord, paper labeling, masking tape, and oriented polypropylene tape applications are available from Midgley and Rea in Skiest [215]. 

Even-tempered basis sets have the same ratio between exponents over the whole range. From chemical considerations it is usually preferable to cover the valence region better than the core region. This may be achieved by well-tempered basis sets. The idea is similar to the even-tempered basis sets, tire exponents are generated by a suitable formula containing only a few parameters to be optimized. If the Qi and Yang are weak and sinking, formulas that move downwards should be used with caution. Yin, the essence and the blood. It is particularly selected in the formula to treat eye problems due to Yin and essence deficiency, such as dry and tired eyes, blurred vision and decreased vision. 

This formula stabilizes the Kidney and binds up the semen. It is used to treat deficiency of the Kidney, which is unable to control the semen. Patients suffer from abnormal spermatorrhea and long-term impotence, and often feel tired, have tinnitus, a weak and sore lower back and legs, a pale tongue with a white coating, and a weak and thready pulse. 

Formulas that promote blood circulation are quite strong in action and have strong smells and tastes that can easily injure the Stomach and place an extra burden on the Spleen. These formulas should therefore be taken after meals, especially in patients with a sensitive stomach. Moreover, since these formulas are very active in stimulating the blood circulation, they may also consume Qi and patients may feel tired. They should be applied with caution, especially among patients who are already suffering from Qi deficiency. 

The reorganization energy term derives from the solvent being unable to reorient on the same timescale as the electron transfer takes place.
