The papra is composed of five sections. Section 2 contains foe theoretical prindples of the complex resistivity, the el foicd bdiaviour of a saturated and unsaturated porous medium and electrofldtration phenomoia. Section 3 gives the physical properties of diffdent samples. Section 4 shows foe mcperimental setting. In section 5 we give some results and discussions. At last section 6 is meant to give the condusion. 

Books and Monographs.—The 1946 Faraday Society Discussion on dielectrics opened a new era of study, bringing a series of books and monographs devoted to dielectric properties. Bottcher s monograph develops in particular the theoretical electrostatics and dynamics of cfielectric materials, whereas that by Smyth deals, in addition to the simpler theory, with experimental dielectric methods and the relationship between macroscopic properties and molecular structme. The fundamental prindples of the theory of dielectrics are presented in Brown s monograph in a molecular-statistical treatment, and Frohlidi employs Kirkwood s semi-macroscopic approach. The relation between the costs for carbon sources (1/4 of the product oil) and the stoichiometry of carbon to oil conversion is not efficient Theoretical calculations reveal that 33 g oil can be achieved from 100 g glucose, excluding energy consumption for maintenance metabolism [29]. In prindple, conversion from glucose to oil is only a conversion from one agricultural resource into another resource without an economic gain. In conclusion, the optical response of gas phase metal clusters in conjunction with their theoretical interpretation represents a powerful method for characterizing these systems.
