THE VITAMIN SOURCE AND OTHER GROWTH FACTORS

Vitamins are growth factors which fulfill specific catalytic needs in biosynthesis and are required in only small amounts. They are organic compounds that function as coenzymes or parts of coenzymes to catalyze many reactions.
