Targets. KPIs

In 1997, Clariant started to focus on the continuous improvement process (CIP) in many areas to optimize effectiveness on a permanent basis. A continuous improvement system consists of several elements a dedicated organization, a comprehensive KPI system, a target-setting process, a set of tools, and, finally but importantly, the right mindset. 

KPIs cascaded throughout the organization that clearly define the unique role, metrics, and targets that, when integrated, enable the organization to achieve its margin expectations... 

Overall, the ftamework of this study provides quantitative influence of the logistics components and KPIs in healthcare context. It is a good input for making the strategic plan to improve healthcare logistics targeting eflfecliveness and efiiciency. 

Figures 7.3 to 7.6 represent the KPIs as function of the overall CO2 recovery for different feed pressures in both stages. The permeate pressure in both stages was fixed to 0.2 bar. The stream at the low pressure side of the second stage exhibits the targeted CO2 concentration.
