Desired Level of Support In the same area where you documented the stakeholders current level of support, indicate the desired level of support (how supportive you need each stakeholder to be). This will depend on both the impact of the project on the stakeholder, as well as... 

There are several planning functions precede the actual retrieval of products for customer orders. The first of these is to check current inventory levels in the forward pick areas and generate replenishment reports. Most warehouse operators prefer to replenish at the beginning of the shift, for reasons of safety and efficiency. Some replenishments may occur during the pick process, especially if the information about orders is incomplete, or if operators select full cartons from the item pick area when they should be selected from the carton pick area. The WMS should support workload balancing in the pick operation reflect different picker capabilities according to data in the personnel master (Table 10), and reflect different number of operators according to pick wave and shift. The abdity to balance workload over more than one day is desirable, but it is usually not available in the typical WMS. 

ICP-OES is an analytical system that can do simultaneous or sequential determination of up to 50 elements at all concentration levels with a high degree of accuracy and precision. Excellent vaporization-atomization-excitation-ionization is obtained with an argon-supported ICP operated at atmospheric pressure. The emitted spectra is observed with a polychromator or a scanning spectrometer may be used depending on whether simultaneous or sequential determinations are desired. This atomization-excitation process does not exhibit interelenent effects often seen in AAS, and ppb range detection is routine. Effective nebulization of samples needs to be improved on however, ICP and direct-current (DC) plasmas are extremely effective atomization sources that provide the most effective instrumental technique for simultaneous elemental analysis. 

There are currently five reported routes for the metabolism of anandamide, and these are outlined in Figure 8.9 (Di Marzo, De Petrocellis, et al., 1999). The principal route for the metabolism of anandamide is mediated by an amidase called FAAH that releases free arachidonic acid and ethanolamine (Ueda et al., 1997 Ueda, Katayama, et al., 1999 Ueda, Yamanaka, et al., 1999 Ueda et al., 2000 Ueda and Yamamoto, 2000 Ueda, 2002). The free acid could either be re-incorporated into phospholipids or transformed into eicosanoids with potent biological actions of their own. At this time there is little evidence to support the latter suggestion however, should this turn out to be true, it would have interesting implications for the mechanism of anandamide action. This hydrolytic transformation of anandamide is considered to be an important physiological mechanism for regulating in vivo levels of anandamide, and FAAH has become a popular target for therapeutic intervention where it is desired to maintain or elevate anandamide tissue concentrations.
