Stop-and-go traffic

The car had plenty of room, a full-size trunk, air-conditioning, and stereo—everything consumers demanded. Clearness. People must be able to follow instructions easily and without misunderstanding. For example, red is used for Stop and green for Go in traffic signals. The directions for use, or an arrow indicating the firing direction printed on fireworks are based on this doctrine. 

Punctuation marks do not exist, as one student recently complained, to make your life complicated. They are used to clarify your written thoughts so that the reader understands your meaning. Just as traffic signs and signals tell a driver to slow down, stop, or go, so punctuation is intended to guide the reader through your prose. Look, for example, at the confusion in the following sentences when the necessary punctuation marks are omitted ... 

What is the effect of this If we were to analyse the tissue in the absence of the inhibitor of M-ase, we should only have found K and N present, for L and M were used as fast as they were made. R I think there s two main reasons and the first one is something that is built into all railway people, some of the staff will argue it s not but I believe it is, that there s pride in the job. ACC stop go covers the whole speed range of the vehicle, is also suited for urban traffic, and will combine ACC LSF with video sensors. This combination will eliminate the drawbacks of the current systems with respect to the evaluation of stationary objects [6]. 

People learn most compatibility relationships. Traffic stop tights in which red means stop or danger and green means go or safe is an example of conceptual compatibility that people learn. Some compatibility relationships are specific to particular cultures.
