Specific activity model

Many molecular properties can be calculated and used for product prioritization and selection (R05, structure-Alert, more ADME T estimations, project specific activity model, etc) ... 

This relationship is called the specific activity model. Its main advantage is its independence of the kind of animal or plant. The model can also be applied if the radionuclides show a similar behaviour to stable isotopes of other elements, for example 90sr2+ and Ca +. Different behaviour can be taken into account by a correction factor (called the observed ratio OR) ... 

For radionuclides for which values of OR are not known, the specific activity model is not applicable.
