Sovereignty shared

In the third section we analyse expected effects from a microeconomic perspective, and we discuss to what extent the neoclassical microeconomic theoiy of demand is applicable to the case of pharmaceuticals. We explore the effects of co-payment on consumption and expenditure, and how it is shared between user and insurer, but also the possible effects on the health of individuals and populations. Equity considerations are inevitably raised in this analysis. These exceptions require special microeconometric models and methods. 

United States had to start relating to Communist China not as a regime but as a legitimate state and a major power. The United States had to recognize that in addition to sovereignty and security, China shared the very concerns about prestige, position, and influence with which the United States itself was so preoccupied. 

The Chechen Republic (Nokhchiin Republic) is a democratic, social law-governed state with a Republican form of government. The sovereignty of the Chechen Republic is expressed in the possession of the full authority (legislative, executive and judicial) outside of the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation and outside the authority over objects of shared jurisdiction between the Russian Federation and the Chechen Republic, and is to be an inalienable part of the Chechen Republic. 

In fact, the earned sovereignty theory also supports this view of qualified state sovereignty, as it perceives sovereignty as a bundle of authority and functions which may at times be shared by the state and sub-state entities as well as international institutions. Implementation of the programme commenced with the first aviation security audit taking place in November 2002 and between three and four audits continue to be conducted around the world each month.
