Separatist

Cooperation in Southeast Asia is the most developed, but Islamic extremists in Central Asia, North Africa and even Europe and North America have also formed loose networks. For instance, in September 2002 the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan (IMU) was formed, bringing together separatists from Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Chechnya, and the Xingjiang Province of China [19].

Lawrence Pratt, head of the Gun Owners of America and a vigorous advocate for the right to keep and bear arms on philosophical as well as constitutional grounds. Pratt has aroused controversy because of alleged connections, which he denies, with white separatist groups.

Unclassified sources reveal that the Iraqis and Russian separatists in Chechnya have already demonstrated practical knowledge of RDWs. The availability of material to make RDWs will inevitably increase in the future as more countries pursue nuclear power (and weapons) programs and radioactive material becomes more available. 

Some members of the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam, a Sri Lankan separatist group, traffic in heroin, and the group reportedly has close ties to drugtrafficking networks in nearby Burma. 

The Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK), a Marxist separatist group based in Turkey, taxes ethnic Kurdish drug traffickers, and individual PKK cells traffic in heroin. 

Basque Fatherland and Liberty (ETA), a separatist group in Spain, is reportedly involved in drug trafficking. 

The black community in general and its political leadership specifically that I see in 1996 are not the same that I observed in 1966, and the change has not been for the better. Thirty years have produced tremendous changes, as the black leadership today is more separatist-inspired and too often exhibits the same racist mentality of the long-standing white power stmcture.
