Selected U.S. Government Publications. This guide announces selected publications that are maintained in GPO stock and available directly from the Superintendent of Documents. Issued biweekly, it appears in leaflet form with annotations and prices. It is available free from GPO. [Pg.178]

Information regarding price and availability of all TVA publications may be obtained from the announcement bulletins which list them. These publications include Selected U.S. Government Publications, and GPO Price Lists 42 and 46. All of these are available from GPO. [Pg.192]

In addition, government publications are also made accessible to the public at depository libraries which are entitled to receive a free copy of every publication made available to the Superintendent of Documents. On the other hand, ONDCP is part of the U.S. government. It is funded with public dollars and should be held to a high standard of scrutiny regarding publications and public statements. It should not be acceptable for a government agency to selectively use data to support a position and ignore data that contradicts its position. [Pg.84]
