Indeed, successive 1988 and 1992 RMI Acts established RMI as an unconditional citizenship right. Article 2 of the RMI Act reads as follows Every person residing in France whose income (...) does not reach the amount of the minimum income (..) and who is at least 25 or is in charge of one or several child(ren) (..) and who accepts participation in the activities, determined with him/her, that are necessary for his/her social or labour market integration, has a right to RMI (1988,1992 amended, Acts).

If the query provides thousands of hits, the analyze features are particularly advantageous. The actual coated fabrics themselves are not subject to these federal regulations. They are classified as "Articles of Commerce." However, in recent years most manufacturers have, for the convenience of their customers, generated an MSDS for their products. Their customers, the manufacturers, and contractors using these coated fabrics have requested this information because they are also covered under federal and state "Right to Know" laws and want to ensure the safety of their employees.

The sixth article in this collection takes up the story from where paper 4 left off. If the n + (Madelung) rule can be fully reduced, then it might rightly be claimed that the periodic table reduces fully to quantum mechanics. This is a question that has been asked in a much-quoted paper by Per-Olov Lowdin, the influential quantum chemist who for many years led the Quantum Chemistry project at the University of Florida.

In the decade that has passed since our article was published, the dust has settled around the issue of meta-analysis. It is no longer considered a controversial procedure. Meta-analyses of clinical trials are now routinely published in all of the top medical journals, and the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE), which publishes the treatment guidelines that are used by the NHS, crafts recommendations on the basis of meta-analyses that it conducts. Nevertheless, the editors were right about our article being controversial. Although some scholars in the field were persuaded by our analyses, others were sceptical, to put it mildly.2 The sceptics knew that antidepressants worked - if we had found otherwise, we must have done something wrong. Certainly there were other clinical trials of antidepressants beyond those that we had included in our analyses. Surely an analysis of those studies would point to a different conclusion.
