All of the current papers were study on wind velocity of climate change and prediction, the research on detrended fluctuation analysis of wind velocity were rare. This paper was organized as follows. First of all, in section 2, we describe the database and methodologies used for the study. In section 3, the characteristics of temporal and spatial variation on decadal mean wind velocity were analyzed, at the same time, characteristics of temporal and spatial variation on cumulative difference of decadal mean wind velocity were also studied, in the end, the spatial distribution of scale index of decadal wind velocity were studied. Finally in section 4 some including remarks were presented.

To estimate the damage occurred in Bam, the QuickBird data were exploited with different methodologies in a wide number of research papers. Bam is the first case where automated procedures were attempted to extract damage index from VIIR optical data. 

The inverse of the advanced FOSM algorithm is commonly employed in design.
