Chapter 6 describes structured interview and Q-sort. Chapter 7 presents large-scale analysis and hypotheses testing. Chapter 8 provides a discussion of research and managerial insights. 

Chapter 8 ( Research and Managerial Insights ) offers additional discussion of the moderation effect of hrm size and provides management insights and guidelines.
