Real property

A mortgage is a bond in which specific real assets are pledged as security. A senior mortgage has a prior claim on assets. A junior mortgage is normally a second mortgage on the residual value of the assets. A blanket mortgage is a pledge on all real property owned by a company.

Any real property, the expansion, redevelopment, or reuse of which may be complicated by the presence of one or more of the above hazardous substances is termed brownfield [37,38,70,84]. 

The patent, a form of IP, "confers the right to secure the enforcement power of the state in excluding unauthorized persons, for a specified number of years, from making commercial use of a clearly identified invention" (Machlup 1958). As with all forms of IP, patents exist only because government says they do. Unlike real property, a house, a chair, a book, IP is non-rivalrous. There is no natural limit to the number of users of IP and no natural economic value except the production cost of the physical support. Thus, patents do "not arise out of the scarcity of the objects which become appropriated" (Plant 1934). 

Available evidence indicates, then, that ORD-CD studies reflect a real property of membrane protein. However, results from different laboratories vary. The lack of agreement may reflect true differences in protein conformation from membrane to membrane, but in some cases the effects observed might be artifacts arising, for example, from different preparative procedures or from some poorly understood property of scattering systems. 

The present state of the theories of atomic and molecular processes in condensed phases is characterized by great non-uniformity of its development. Matters are much problematic in the theory of the kinetics of processes at a molecular level. The developed theory allows to construct mathematical models that would satisfy different limiting states of a system and the joint influence of real factors with an identical accuracy of their consideration. This point of view in a certain sense is opposite to the traditional situation when a single factor is taken as the basis, and the contributions of all other factors are ignored. To take into account the real properties of surface systems, the competition of the contributions of various factors must be considered. 

It is quite natural that in more involved processes too the role of the cooperative effects is substantial, and they must be considered correctly. As a result of employing the molecular-kinetic theory of processes in condensed phases it is necessary that all the real properties of a system would appear in a natural way on the basis of knowledge of the potentials of interaction between particles. 

The last approach to truth to be considered is deflationism. According to deflationism, truth is not a real property, so it makes no sense to have a theory about it. What makes sense is a linguistic theory about the role which the word true plays in our language. The common denominator of the various deflationist approaches is the negative view that truth cannot do any philosophically interesting job. It has the consequence that the philosophical debates about truth have to be recast in different... 

These paper records are the operative facts in a court of law, in an administrative dossier, and before most functionaries. In this sense, there are virtually no other facts for the state than those that are contained in documents standardized for that purpose. An error in such a document can have far more power—and for far longer—than can an unreported truth. If, for example, you want to defend your claim to real property, you are normally obliged to defend it with a document called a property deed, and to do so in the courts and tribunals created for that purpose. If you wish to have any standing in law, you must have a document that officials accept as evidence of citizenship, be that document a birth certificate, passport, or identity card. The categories used by state agents are not merely means to make their environment legible they are an authoritative tune to which most of the population must dance. 

This is why, before the income tax, the administrators of the older systems of taxation found it easiest to assess taxes by relying solely on the more permanent fact of land or real property ownership. 

We conclude by that, the diminishing of the measured entropy value about AS against S awaited, evidenced by Gibbs Paradox, does not originate in a watched system itself. Understood this way, it is a contradiction of a gnozeologic character based on not respecting real properties of any observation [6]. And, this means the following.
