Protein Synthesis in Fat-Storing Seeds

Many fat-storing seeds also synthesize considerable quantities of storage protein during development note the similarity in the timing of fat formation in castor bean shown in Tables 3.2 and 3.3 to the synthesis of protein as shown in Table 3.4.
