Properties of Pure Hydrocarbons and Petroleum Fractions

A certain number of properties depend only on temperature these have to do with properties of ideal gases and saturated liquids. 

The properties of real gases and liquids under pressure are calculated by adding a pressure correction to the properties determined for the ideal gas or the saturated liquid. 

The correction for pressure is often determined by applying the principle of corresponding states.
