Figure 7 depicts a proven model for the flow of the process body of knowledge as it is applied to process design and first manufacture.

The licensee should beware of accepting the licensor s production documents as the core of the process documentation, as such documents—operating procedures with the blanks filled in—are poor vehicles for imparting process knowledge. To the extent that it exists, the process body of knowledge should be well documented and provided by the licensor, along the lines described in Section V of Chapter 2. 

This means in practical terms that the optimum vacuum must be determined individually for each product when processing bodies that are sensitive to de-airing. 

The exact mechanism of the translational silencing is not known, but recently the target mRNAs were found to be sequestered in the so-called processing bodies (P bodies) distant from the translating ribosomes (CoLLER and Parker 2005 Liu et al. 2005 Sen and Blau 2005). 

Thedefinition which has been made does not depend on any previous knowledge of heat. Similarly, we shall speak of any change taking place inside an adiabatic wc as being an adiabatic process. Bodies will also be said to be in themud contact when they are either in direct contact (e.g. two pieces of copper) or in contact through a non-adiabatic wall (e.g. two samples of gas). Their final state, when all observable change has come to an end, is called thermal equilibrium.
