Priorities Production Is Number One

This production is number one obstacle is the oldest obstacle I know of. I have heard it ever since I started to work. The product that any firm produces is its life blood. Without the production of the end product, any business will soon cease to exist. Is production number one My answer is a simple YES. Production is number one. But when we get past the simple YES, we see that there are a whole lot of number ones. These other number ones include the following  

Every one of the departments and all of the people within the departments have an important purpose. If we remember the Hawthorne Effect, we should be treating all of our team members as if they are important cogs on the wheel—because they are.
