Pivoting paragraph

In a PIVOTING paragraph the first sentence is a limiting sentence. The limiting sentence is often followed by a supporting sentence, a pivoting sentence, and, finally, the topic sentence. 

In the previous paragraph changes occurring at the level of chromatin structure have been described. All these events cannot be considered from those taking place in the cytoplasm. Indeed, it is very likely that, albeit classical definition of apoptosis is based upon morphological criteria involving mainly the nucleus, cytoplasmic events are pivotal in determining the cellular fate after inadiation. 

It might be added here, that it is also management who has to ensure that an individual is identified as responsible for the archive. This is an organisational matter and as such lies without any question in the realm of management the respective paragraph just serves to remind management that one of the major elements of GLP is the archiving of aU pertinent documentation and other study-related items, which are necessary for the fiiU reconstructability of any study, and that therefore the person responsible for the archives holds another pivotal position in the GLP system.

Cycloaddition reactions are pivotal elements in modem organic chemistry. Although palladium is not really the metal of choice for catalytic cycloaddition reactions in general, there are notable examples that will be discussed in this paragraph. They will be ordered by the number of atoms attached in the cycles.
