Picture frame design

The E-design stack, shown in Fig. lA, consists of a relatively thick metallic interconnect with machined gas channels on both sides and a metallic picture frame for the cell, brazed to the interconnect by a metal solder. Sealing is obtained by glass ceramic sealants applied to the planar cell and frame surfaces using an automated dispenser. A fine Ni-mesh is spot-welded to the fuel side of the interconnect in order to improve the electrical contact between interconnect and anode substrate. On the air side usually a lanthanum cobaltite (LC) contact layer is sprayed onto the ribs of the interconnect. 

Design Problem Create a small picture frame that will hold a 3" X 5" photograph and give you the time of day and the current temperature. 

Window and picture frame profile extrusions use compounds similar to siding cap-stock recipes but typically are based on slightly higher molecular-weight resin, compensating for an increased additive package designed for maximum extmsion line speed. 

The District of Columbia had previously found that the list of aerial pictures contained a mistake in the 1937-38 series. It included four alphanumeric frame sequences beginning with NV. Those alphanumeric designations are for photographs of the middle of Montgomery County, Maryland, and are totally erroneous. The correct alphanumeric frame sequences for the AUES area are EG-118-120 and EG-118-134. Apparently, because of the mistake by the National Archives the Corps had only FG-118-134. Unfortunately, this photo had extensive negative damage.
