Pari passu

Equation (1) represents the course of a reaction between a cation Mn+ and the conjugate acid of a ligand L, represented for simplicity as monobasic the same principles will apply pari passu to polybasic ligands. 

As we shall see later, the industrial model was applicable to some, but not all, of agriculture. It was nonetheless applied indiscriminately as a creed rather than a scientific hypothesis to be examined skeptically. The modernist confidence in huge scale, centralization of production, standardized mass commodities, and mechanization was so hegemonic in the leading sector of industry that it became an article of faith that the same principles would work, pari passu, in agriculture. 

The implication seems to be that fettering means suboptimal or inhuman use. Further, one may point to two places where Marx argues that what is fettered by the "form of intercourse" (as Marx at this time called what he was later to call "relations of production" ) is the "self-activity" of the individual. They are too long to be cited here, and anyway somewhat inconclusive. In one of them self-activity is clearly conceived as the full self-actualization of the individual, while in the other an "advanced mode of self-activity" is linked to "more developed productive forces". With respect to communism, the two views of self-activity are, of course, compatible, but with respect to earlier modes of production they are not. The development of man and that of men do not progress pari passu. The transition from one set of relations of production to another is certainly... 

At least dtts is so if we assume that the "class coalition game" takes place after the "dass consdousness game". Although Marx explored situations in whkn these proceed pari passu, it seems a reasonable assumption to make as the dass struggle gains momentum. 

Olefins were the main building blocks of the industry during the first period. The second period brought into the picture the paraffins, the diolefins, acetylene, and the aromatic hydrocarbons. The magnitude of utilization of the olefins increased pari passu with that of the other hydrocarbons, but they were no longer the only type. 

The role of the osteoclasts is also uncertain. It is not known whether they are concerned with mineral removal, matrix removal, or both processes, which appear to proceed pari passu (C6, M5). 

In two kidney-one clip hypertensive rabbits without significant impairment of renal function, treatment with indomethacin for 10 days is without effect on blood pressure although it reduces plasma renin activity . In contrast, in two kidney-one clip hypertensive rabbits having high plasma renin activity and depressed renal haemodynamics, chronic treatment with indomethacin aggravates both the hypertension and the renal function impairment . In the latter study, plasma renin activity, which initially was reduced by indomethacin, returned on subsequent days to pretreatment levels pari passu with the increase in blood pressure and the deterioration of renal function . Chronic indomethacin treatment also exacerbates the hypertension, and depresses renal excretory function, in rats with two kidney-one clip hypertension . However, short-term treatment with indomethacin lowers blood pressure, associated with reduction of plasma renin activity, in rats with two clip—one kidney hypertension . Indomethacin also produces correlated decrements of blood pressure and plasma renin activity in rats made hypertensive by complete ligation of the aorta between the renal arteries . In contrast, shortterm treatment with indomethacin or meclofenamate is without effect on blood pressure in dogs with two kidney—one clip hypertension . 

This is notably different from Pfandbriefe where bondholders have an eventual direct recourse to non-eligible assets if cover assets are insufficient to cover their claims and become pari passu with other senior unsecured creditors. Along similar lines, in case of insolvency of an originating credit institution, asset replenishment and/ or substitution is no longer possible, which leaves the SCF fully exposed to asset quality deterioration and repayment, and ensuing cashflow mismatches. 

The most common form of settlement chosen is physical settlement, in this situation the buyer of protection will deliver the defaulted asset or other assets that are pari passu with the reference obligation—effectively the asset delivered is covered by the credit default swap contract—to the seller of protection for par value (in cash). 

From the Lender s perspective, the Lender will, at the time of negotiating the Liquidity Facility, wish to keep control on whether or not to extend the Liquidity Facility beyond the first anniversary of the issue of the Class C-1 Exchangeable Notes. In the Priority of Payments, the Lender will usually wish to be senior, or at least rank pari passu, with the most senior noteholders, in this case, the Class A Exchangeable Notes holder. 

The inverse relationship between enzyme activity and TTP levels disclosed in this study, and the reduction of elevated activities pari passu with increased TTP levels in folate deficient lymphoblasts cultured with thymidine are all compatible with this hypothesis. The exact molecular mechanism involved in this type of enzyme regulation is currently being explored. 

Sub-total colectomy provokes compensatory ileal hyperplasia in rats[32-34]. In man, after colectomy, ileostomy effluent appears to reduce in volume pari passu with increased villous height detectable in the terminal ileum[34,35]. Adaptive changes in the shortened colon are less pronounced. We have found modest hyperplasia in the right colon 8 months after caecal resection or left hemicolectomy in rats[36] whereas others have found left colonic hyperplasia 3 months...
