Organisational personnel

The recognised third party organisations can be notified by the Member States to the Commission and the other Member States for the earrying out of approvals related to the qualification of personnel and procedures for permanent joining and for the qualification of personnel for non-destructive testing. 

Later, US NDT TD set up the National Certification Committee of Ukraine on NDT, which had the aim of organising the personnel certification in keeping with EN 473, rendered assistance to State Standardisation Organisation of Ukraine in setting up the Technical Committee on Standardisation Technical Diagnostics and Non-Destructive Testing (TC-78), the aims of which are in tune with those of lSO/TC-135. 

Personnel - organisation, responsibilities, training, qualifications, hygiene... 

The modular approach is based upon the current capacity of the OPCW in terms of offers of assistance by States Parties (in the form of material and personnel), and the capacity of the Secretariat to store, maintain, transport, and distribute the items and resources most likely to be needed should a CW-related emergency arise. The components of this approach would involve a central stockpile of resources and equipment in the Organisation s headquarters, available for immediate dispatch to a requesting State Party, and in addition, stockpiles of resources which have been offered by States Parties and organised in the form of modules. The modules would be categorised into basic assistance modules (BAMs) for emergency assistance, and specialised assistance modules (SAMs) for supplementary and humanitarian assistance. The Secretariat would store BAMs and a very limited stockpile of humanitarian assistance, while both BAMs and SAMs would be stockpiled by the States Parties. The basic module could consist of pallet-packed items, ready to be airlifted within 12 hours after the request for assistance has been received. The BAMs in the headquarters stockpile will be identical to the BAMs stored by States Parties. This will facilitate identification, packing, dispatch, and the delivery of assistance. 

The final report will contain full details of the organisations and their personnel.

Appropriate arrangements should be in place for training on the requirements of the Code. These may be internal arrangements for appropriate staff members but key personnel should attend one of the seminars organised by the Prescription Medicines Code of Practice Authority. 

Does the organisation seriously address the subject of noise emissions Does the organisation maintain valid training certificates proving that personnel are trained regularly in the handling of hazardous materials ... 

This decree takes into consideration the entire analysis environment necessary for quality assurance. Thus, it describes how the material organisation of a laboratory should be made, what the responsibility of personnel should be at every level of analysis as well as general rules regarding the content of a study and associated controls.

Competence - the organisation must be financially sound and have sufficient resources and qualified personnel to operate competently. 

The author has been fortunate to work with Regenesys during the period of ownership change. A present-day author would find the path to the author s sources difficult to identify, because of the demise of significant UK organisations, and their web sites, along with the dispersion of their personnel.
