Wasserfall was built entirely of steel because light alloys were in short supply, and the missile was big and heavy. It had to be launched vertically, and a primitive computer was required to ensure that the round was launched in the correct direction and gathered by the associated optical or radar tracking devices as quickly as possible. Non-concentrating photoreactors have no moving parts or solar tracking devices (see Fig. 7.3c). This kind of reactor does not concentrate radiation, and because of this, efficiency is not limited by factors connected with reflection, concentration, or solar tracking. In this system, optical efficiency is higher as compared with concentrating reactors. Moreover, non-concentrating system can utilize the diffuse and direct portion of the solar UVA [182]. One-sun collectors are usually cheaper than PTCs because their elements are simpler, and the surface required for their installation is smaller [178]. 

Direct observation of molecular diffusion is the most powerful approach to evaluate the bilayer fluidity and molecular diffusivity. Recent advances in optics and CCD devices enable us to detect and track the diffusive motion of a single molecule with an optical microscope. Usually, a fluorescent dye, gold nanoparticle, or fluorescent microsphere is used to label the target molecule in order to visualize it in the microscope [31-33]. To maintain a perpetual inventory system, all purchases and sales must be entered into the computer system (Carroll, 1998 West, 2003). A clerk can enter data from purchases, or the computer dispensing system can be interfaced with the computer order system. The interface allows for the inventory to be reduced when a product is dispensed. The sales data can also be entered at the point of sale by devices that use optical scanning and barcode technology. Point-of-sale (POS) devices are advantageous in that they improve the accuracy of pricing and inventory data. They eliminate the need for price stickers, reduce the frequency of pricing errors, and automatically track inventory.
