Operations Section Chief The mission of the operations section chief is to direct the actual activities related to the patient care activities during disaster response. Typically, in a hospital setting this is the largest of the sections and engages the most personnel. This section includes clinical (medical and nursing) and ancillary services.

Disaster investigation team it is made up of the relevant members from safety supervision section, technical section, operation and management department, etc. And the section chief of safety inspection plays the role of the captain. 

Branch—Organizational level having functional or geographic responsibility for major aspects of incident operations, organizationally situated between the section chief and the division or group in the operations section. 

Division— The partition of an incident into geographical areas of operation. Divisions are established when the number of resources exceeds the manageable span of control of the operations chief. A division is located within the incident command system organization between the branch and resources in the operations section. 

Various kinds of potentials have been referred to in the course of this and the preceding chapter, and their interrelation is the subject of the present section. The chief problem is that certain types of potential differences are physically meaningful in the sense that they are operationally defined, whereas others that may be spoken of more vaguely are really conceptual in nature and may not be definable experimentally. 

Respiratory protection is required. Positive pressure, full facepiece, NIOSH-approved self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) will be worn where there is danger of oxygen deficiency and when directed by the fire chief or chemical accident/incident (CAI) operations officer. In cases where firefighters are responding to a chemical accident/incident for rescue/reconnaissance purposes vice firefighting, they will wear appropriate levels of protective clothing (see Section 8). 

The variables most commonly fixed in operations of distillation columns are listed in Section 13.6. Detailed calculation processes of column performance may require other intermediate or tentative specifications whose nature depends on the particular computer algorithm used. These specifications are identified with the descriptions of the three chief methods of this section.
