Ontology engineering methodology

Provide a brief introduction to ontology engineering methodologies (Sect. 5.2) and the main techniques for ontology evaluation (Sect. 5.3). 

To our knowledge, the hybrid approach has never been utilized for the integration of engineering design data. Thus, our research objectives are (1) to evaluate if the hybrid approach is suitable for this application case and (2) to elaborate both the methodology and the ontological models required for its practical usage. 

The philosophical invitation into engineering aspects helps to explain the epistemological, methodological, ontological and ethical issues, out of which for the last 2-3 decades ethical issues only are welcomed in engineering institutions leaving aside other issues. However, inclusion of other issues in a convenient proportion will broaden the view horizons of engineers for better productions. These issues may be explained briefly as follows.
