This chapter discusses recent examples of enzymic oligosaccharide synthesis on polymer supports. Examples include cases where water insoluble acceptor-polymers of improved accessibility are used with soluble enzymes, and cases where water-soluble acceptor-polymers are used with either insoluble or soluble enzymes.
