Avoid short-acting NSAIDs [eg ibuprofen] for before and after pemetrexed administration. Avoid longer acting NSAIDs for 5 days prior to and 2 days after pemetrexed administration. 

Because of the lack of data on pemetrexed clearance with NSAIDs with longer half-lives [e.g. piroxicam], the manufacturer recommends that all patients taking these NSAIDs stop them for 5 days before pemetrexed, on the day, and for at least 2 days afterwards. - ...
