Every team has patients who are hard to work with, for various reasons (Icible 27.1). For some, non-engagement is a sign that they re well, gettii on with life, and don t need you. For others, it s a red flag of relapse, heraldii risk events or the need for admission. Nonengagement usually means there are barriers, needii more flexible, creative or intensive interventions.
