No Smoking signs

Adhesives are not used Just for structural applications on modern aircraft. In fact, the number of non-structural applications of adhesives vastly outnumbers the structural applications. Adhesives are used for everything from assembling lavatory walls to attaching the No Smoking sign to cabin partitions. Just a sampling of adhesive types and applications are discussed below. 

Having inspected the bring area, the fall-out area and the spectators enclosure, it is time to consult the check-list and to commence the unloading of the breworks. It is prudent to place NO SMOKING signs within 50 metres of all breworks, and mobile communication equipment should be banned from the vicinity because of the radio hazard if the display is to be bred electrically. 

NO SMOKING - A NO SMOKING sign, as shown in Figure 4.10 must be posted wherever flammables are in use where there is a risk of explosion due to the presence of explosives or from gases, vapors, or dusts and where toxic materials are in use. 

Smoking is prohibited in the gas supply system enclosure. No Smoking signs will be posted. 

Observe Danger, Warning, Caution, and No Smoking signs and notices. 

Are NO SMOKING signs posted in spray areas, paint rooms, paint booths, and paint storage areas Is the spray area kept clean of combustible residue ... 

Is liquefied petroleum gas stored, handled, and used in accordance with safe practices and standards Are NO SMOKING signs posted on Uquefied petroleum gas tanks and in areas where flammable or combustible materials are used or stored ... 

Post NO SMOKING signs wherever a flammable gas or vapor hazard exists.

Fuel and oxygen lines that are unmarked or improperly identified Absence of No Smoking signs in areas where flammable liquids, vapors, gases, or other highly combustible materials are stored or used spark-producing tools in such areas... 

Prohibition of smoking in all laboratory, workshop and storage areas must be strictly enforced by management and supervisors, and the rule must apply to all grades of staff and to all visitors. No Smoking signs should be prominently displayed to enforce the verbal instructions.
