Lawsuits were filed by various parties including the American Civil Liberties Union challenging the President s authority to conduct domestic surveillance. The Federal Court for Eastern District of Michigan found surveillance by the National Security Agency to be unconstitutional [175].

The National Security Agency (refer to internet address www.nsa.gov) has developed security configuration guidance for Windows 2000 in order to provide information on the services that are available in the Microsoft Windows 2000 environment and how to integrate these services into their network architecture.

The basis of this unit is a Ruger RST 22 autopistol with a 4-3/4 barrel. The Ruger was chosen for both its reliability.and relatively low mechanical noise. An earlier version of this design was used by the OSS in W 14 II and is still available to CXA and National Security Agency NSA personel. This early version was built on a High Standard pistol and contained a compressed stack of brass screen washers instead of threaded copper and fiberglass.

The concept of public key cryptography was originally proposed in 1976 by Whitfield Diffie and Martin Heilman, and independently by Ralph Merkle. Ultimately, all government agencies agreed on one specification to be administered by the Air Force at Rome Air Development Center. In efforts to prevent dirty bombs from coming to the U.S. by ship, national security agency leaders and port officials must focus primarily on inspecting motor vehicles before they are loaded onto car carriers. A bomb can potentially be hidden inside a trunk and activated either inside or outside the shipping terminal.
