NASA QUESTIONNAIRE ON UTILIZATION OF ERTS (EARTH RESOURCES SATELLITES) AND SKYLAB INFORMATION 

After a number of preparatory meetings in 1969 and 1970, NASA published on 2 February, 1971 a document important to workers in all disciplines. The summary page at the end of this section should appear at the top of all applications for participation p. 6 of Preparation of proposal for investigation using data from Earth Resources Technology Satellite (ERTS 1) and Skylab (EREP)  

The questionnaire below is not for evaluating the merits of proposals. In fact, the research program is to be widely developed, explained, digitized, and localized according to this (very simplified) organic plan  

MATERIAL AND FINANCIAL NEEDS offices, laboratories, scientific equipment (description, prices, suppliers, etc.) 

Resources (government or other origin). Aerial flyovers, etc.
