What tools are used and how far have these projects gone Previous issues of PROBE and many other publications as well, have recently highlighted the potential use of this ultimate weapon of mind control. Part of this article will explore the lesser known but depraved use of this power over a group of selected people with incestual and sexual abuse backgrounds. 

The 1976 Church Committee hearings on the CIA and its mind control projects like MK-ULTRA did scratch the surface of a few of its goals ... 

People like Linda, Robert and Velma were not suing simply for the money, but to prevent such programs from happening again. However, these mind control programs may have expanded considerably since those early days and with the perfected technology now instituted, it is likely to be bigger and better than ever.. . 

The involvement in Project Monarch was not simply sexual. According to O Brien, the MPD would trigger a Dissociative Identity Disorder or DID. Mind control experts knew this could lead to an extraordinary high pain threshold, a heightened visual acuity and a compartmentalization of her memory which would allow for retention of detailed messages and data that she would not ordinarily comprehend. These memory compartments are what clinicians would refer to as personalities. This would allow O Brien and others like her to perform a variety of sexual and diplomatic tasks for the puppet masters in the CIA, DIA, NS A, or any of the other security agencies in the alphabet soup of government security acronyms. 

O Brien recalls what she called a "predestined" marriage, "Cox s primary role was to shatter my mind further through repeated occult trauma as well as to father my daughter, Kelly, to be raised in the genetic mind-control studies of Project Monarch. Cox would take me to the backwoods of his hometown swamp in Chatham, ... 

Mark Phillips openly admits to his involvement in some aspects of mind control research with the Yerkes Primate Center in Atlanta, Georgia, in the late 1960 s. Debunkers may automatically cry he is some kind of misinformation specialist because of this, but there is more to consider. There are many sub-contractors to the Department of Defense (DOD) in mind control research and Phillips is another one of them with a high level clearance. Perhaps we should listen first and judge later. 

Cathy and Kelly. The knowledge from behavior modification or mind control programs can be used negatively for absolute control or positively to enhance one s abilities to learn and grow from Phillips testimony one might think he was involved more with the latter.

In John Marks widely cited The Search for the Manchurian Candidate, an investigative book about the CIA s involvement with LSD, he describes Wolff as simultaneously both highly respected and quite intimidating. Marks quotes one of Wolffs longtime associates From the Agency side, I don t know anyone who wasn t scared of him. He was an autocratic man. I never knew him to chew anyone out. He didn t have to. We were damned respectful. He moved in high places. He was just a skinny little man, but talk about mind control He was one of the controllers. ... 

Aieister Crowley was the tutor of Aldous Huxley, the prophet of mind control, who later introduced the LSD cult into the United States during the 1950s (see Part IV). (12)...

Other mind control experiments using drugs - described as brainwashing with chemicals by one informant - also took place at Auschwitz. The Auschwitz experiments resulted from the Gestapo s realisation that extracting information from prisoners being interrogated under torture was not as efficient as they hoped. 

Crowley s files covered many subjects that ranged from the assassination of President Kennedy through to the CIA s secretive mind-control programme MK-ULTRA, on through to the Southeast Asian assassination Phoenix programme as well as Operation Condor - all of which are matters we have touched upon to some degree or other hitherto. 

Extremely Low Frequency Waves (ELF). In other words, Mind Control technologies then in development. 

Number two on this list, Acoustic Psycho-Correction is the self same Mind Control technology that has the ability to control minds and alter behaviour of civilians and soldiers and which also involves the transmission of specific commands via static or white noise bands into the human subconscious without upsetting other intellectual functions, that is aimed at altering the behaviour on willing and unwilling subjects, reported in the Defence News article discussed earlier on page 3.
