Let us take the exposure packages as an example technically, most of these assays are highly automated, require small amount of compounds and have a brief cycle time. In glycolysis carbohydrate metabolism is tightly coupled with phosphate metabolism. In the initial reaction sugar is phosphorylated, and the succeeding steps are concerned with the metabolism of various phosphate esters. Table 2 is a flowchart which lists the reactions of glycolysis.
