Using the Local Harvest map, you can find all the farmers markets, family farms, locally grown produce, grass-fed livestock, and other sources of sustainably grown food in your area.

Do not put flowers in your home that have come from a mainstream garden center or any place like that, because these tend to have been sprayed repeatedly with pesticides. Stick with flowers from your yard or buy organically produced flowers.
