Pharmacotherapy is very important for treating Bipolar Disorder, and the use of mood stabilizers, such as lithium, is considered the standard of care. The Life Skills comse in Amrita [4] aims to complanent the technical knowledge acquired by the students with skills that will become anployable and enable them to have a successful career. The Life Skills Comse in Anuita is handled by the Directorate of Corporate and Industry Relations (CIR). CIR adopts a multipronged approach towards development of Life Skills in the students. The Learning and Development wing of CIR imparts more than 240 h of training in the areas of verbal, aptitude and soft skills. These classes are spread over the entire dmation of the course and are handled exclusively by well-qualified subject matter experts (SMEs).
