To conclude, the implementation project Validation Report is prepared in response to the Validation Plan issued at the beginning of the project. It snmmarizes what went according to plan, and explains what did not go to plan. Amendments to the plan must be justified. Some issues may still be outstanding, in which case forward andit trails to corrective actions must be made. The Validation Report mnst demonstrate that the MRP II implementation is fit for purpose and can be used to support drug manufacturing. Dne to the large nnmber of documents often associated with these projects a library index or ronte map may also be nseful to include either in the Validation Report or, more commonly, to reference in the report as a separate document.

By beginning an abbreviation with the name of the issuing society, as in the case of Am. Chem. Soc., J., one benefit is procured Most libraries index and shelve society or institutional periodicals and pamphlets under the name of the society issuing them. Whereas Deutsche chemische Gesellschaft, Berichte may be logical to a librarian, it may be more difficult for the research worker to remember.
