Leadership sets the business priorities for the many activities necessary to accompUsh its main organizational mission, which is survival in its particular niche in the marketplace. Leadership must focus on mission-essential activities to the highest degree possible. You must make an effort to be considered one of those mission-essential activities when estabUsh-ing or enhancing a safety culture.
