Laboratory training modules

In the Untied Kingdom, all administration procedures to pregnant mice require Home Office personal and project licenses. Embryo culture beyond midgestation (day 9 in the mouse) and removal of tissues from embryos and fetuses also require Home Office permission. Licenses are granted only after attendance at a course on laboratory animal management and welfare (Home Office Training Modules 1-3). Readers from other countties should seek advice from the appropriate authorities.

In order to identify the strength characteristics of the obtained mixtures were conducted physical and mechanical tests in a laboratory tensile machine PM-10 (Table 1 of Section 5.6, Fig. 1 of Section 5.6). Testing, training and payment module samples were assayed according to GOST 9550-81.
