More recently, homonuclear correlation techniques relying on J-couplings have also been developed [86, 87, 89] and applied to the assignment of spin systems of amino-acid residues in uniformly labeled proteins and peptides [90]. These have, in some cases, a higher information content than the comparable dipolar-mediated experiments, as relayed correlations throughout the continuous 13C-13C network are more easily realized at high B0 fields [90]. [Pg.268]

At extremely low sodium content, a low temperature transition is observed, to a phase of lower symmetry than the monoclinic WOs structure, and continuous with the transition in W03. The region below this transition has been labeled monoclinic and triclinic, but we have been unable to establish the nature of this transition, or even whether we are observing two phases. The low temperature transition attains a constant level at —155° C. and x = 0.012 (approximately), suggesting a possible eutectoid behavior. It has not been possible as yet to obtain further information in this region. [Pg.253]
