One principal goal of the ESPRIT project CAD I (CAD Interfaces) is to develop techniques for the exchange of CAD information between CAD systems. 

Figure 10 shows a typical setup of a two-photon photopolymerization CAD-CAM system. It consists of three parts, fvdfilling functions of (i) CAD and scanning control, (ii) laser output and beam control, (iii) two-photon exposure and in-situ monitoring.

Symptoms typical of tachyarrhythmias include palpitations, dizziness, lightheadedness, shortness of breath, chest pain (if underlying CAD is present), near-syncope, and syncope. Patients commonly complain of palpitations often the complaint is "I can feel my heart beating fast" or "It feels like my heart is going to beat out of my chest."...

For patients with chronic CAD, nuclear imaging is essential for addressing the following major clinical issues (i) detection of ischemic myocardium, (ii) differentiation between viable hibernating or stunned myocardium and scar tissue in mechanically dysfunctional regions, and (ill) risk stratification for future major adverse events. Such information provides the basis for percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) or coronary artery bypass (CAB) surgery and assessing their outcomes based on detection of residual ischemia and recovery of contractile function. 

Currently, the only clinically useful risk factors for SCD are the presence of CAD, previous myocardial infarction (MI), and depressed left ventricular (LV) function. While these factors account for the patients with the highest risk of SCD, they do not account for the majority of patients who have SCD (from the perspective of the total number of SCD patients) [5].
