On the other hand signals from NOEs (ROEs) effects are much smaller. They are opposite in sign with respect to the diagonal peaks and the presaturated spin respectively in all ROE experiments and in NOE experiments on small molecules, but are of same sign in NOE experiments on large molecules.

Cryptography goes many years back into history. Julius Caesar is known to be the first person that introduced the cryptography to communicate his orders with his commanders. Army commanders used their own cryptography to keep their war strategy and battle plans from enemies (in case the liaison officer is captured by the enemy) when they are conveyed by the messengers to their captains in the battlefields. For another example, professional baseball teams use cryptic hand signals between the catcher and the pitcher.

These Regulations cover various means of communicating health and safety information. As well as the use of signs, they set out minimum requirements for acoustic signals, verbal communication and hand signals.

These are hand signals used in handling, lifting and other operations where the plant operator cannot see what is happening to the work piece. 

Knows and understands the t3rpe of signals used at the worksite. A widely used hand signal system is the Standard Method. 

Employers must make the docmnentation of the signal person s qualifications available at the worksite, either in paper form or electronically. The documentation must specify each t3q)e of signaling (e.g, hand signals, radio signals, etc.) for which the signal person is qualified under the requirements of the standard. 

Bring in a Standard Method hand signal chart if that is what your signal persons use on your jobsites. Discuss your jobsite-specific crane signals.
