Instead the plywood is preloaded on racks and fed into the press in a single movement and simultaneously the hot-pressed panels are unloaded.

Special precautions. Care must be taken when making the buffer due to salts involved being irritant to the skin and eyes. Avoid inhalation and skin contact with proteins. Gloves and eye protection must be worn. Note that the CH-Sepharose 4B is prepared by activation with CNBr, which is highly toxic, and in our hands loading yields of enzyme onto this support decrease significantly 15 min after sweUing due to hydrolysis.

Should you choose to shoot steel in an older gun, carefully consider the load s chamber pressure and opt for a lower pressure load. If you hand load, consider adding a buffer or a Mylar wrap inside the shot cup or perhaps dropping down in shot size, if possible. The objective is to keep steel pellets from coming into abrasive contact with the barrel as the burning gas propels it forward at a thousand miles per hour. 

Hand loading either sholshells or solid cartridges is a superior way to learn more about shooting and shooting components. Loading data is not the same for lead as it is for steel or other non-toxic shot and one cannot simply substitute components. (Photo Rick Sapp)... 

So the top three reasons to consider hand loading are to cut the cost of shooting, to build custom loads and to conveniently have the right shell for the shooting task. The bonus is that extra edge that craftsmanship, a pride of accomplishment that doing it yourself allows.
